Bed and Breakfast Bookings
To make a B&B booking enquiry please select the dates you’d like to arrive and depart on the booking calendar below. You can pay a deposit securely by card on-line or by BACS.
Self-Catering Option
During the Summer the whole of Britannia House is available for weekly self-catering rental for up to six guests with Saturday changeovers. Use the online calendar to check availability and book online - or contact the owners direct on 01736 711098 for the BEST PRICES.
Bookings
In common with most Cornish bed and breakfasts, we prefer a minimum two nights stay. We may agree to take bookings for single night stays at our discretion (to fill gaps in the calendar), however a surcharge may apply. Please call us to enquire.
There is no single occupancy price reduction for either room.
Please note – The Upper Deck is on the second floor accessed by two flights of stairs, and the Lower Deck is on the first floor so both rooms are unsuitable for guests with limited mobility. Our Access statement is available on request.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason our standard cancellation policy applies. The standard policy also applies to any Covid related cancellations.
A deposit of 25% is required to confirm your B&B reservation with full payment due 28 days prior to arrival. If your stay is less than 28 days ahead you will need to pay in full at the time of making your reservation. Payment by card can be completed securely on-line or by telephone. All major credit cards (except American Express) are accepted. We also accept BACS transfer.

PLEASE NOTE - If you make a reservation through Airbnb or Luxury Coastal your agreement is with them, in which case their cancellation and refund policy will take precedence over our own, without exception.
Arrival & Departure
We ask guests to check in at any time between 4.00pm and 7.00pm. Check out is by 11am on your day of departure please. If you would like to arrive earlier or later than this please contact us in advance to discuss arrangements. .
A key safe code can be provided for arrival times when Paul & Alison are not at home, or for late ‘out of hours’ arrivals.
Children and Pets Policy
We do not accommodate children of any age in the Upper Deck Suite, but at our discretion we can accept up to two children aged 12 years and above in our Lower Deck room, but they remain the responsibility of and must be properly supervised by their parents staying at the B&B.
We have our own friendly Labrador called ‘Betty’, and for that reason we do not accept guest pets of any description.
The Upper Deck has a strict non-smoking policy, including E-cigarettes anywhere on the premises.
