The Upper Deck B&B suite
Our Upper Deck B&B suite occupies the entire top floor of Britannia House and boasts a king size double bed, a sea view breakfast dining table, two comfortable armchairs with flat screen smart TV - or simply relax and enjoy the view.
The en-suite bathroom has a deep bath with shower over, a heated towel rail and high-quality bathroom fittings. We provide dressing gowns and fluffy white towels and offer natural, ethically sourced ‘Out of Eden’ toiletry products.
We have a no outdoor shoes upstairs policy, so please feel free to bring your slippers to make yourselves at home.
Rates
From £110 - £140 per night (Full breakfast included).
2 nights minimum stay preferred.

Free parking for one car is provided at a nearby reserved car parking location as short walk away. Children over 12 years are most welcome to stay in our Lower Deck twin room.
Breakfast
Breakfast for our Upper Deck guests is brought upstairs at a time to suit you between 8.30am and 9.30am and served at the dining table in your bedroom overlooking the sea. We provide dressing gowns, so no need to get dressed for breakfast, you can relax in your PJ’s and have a lazy start to your day…..
Alison bakes her own breads, muesli and granola using top quality locally sourced ingredients. Our free range eggs are from happy hens next door, fresh fruit is from Thornes Greengrocers of Long Rock; our bacon & speciality sausages come from traditional butcher Vivian Olds of St Just; and our salmon is locally smoked in Newlyn.
We serve a wide choice of cooked and/or continental breakfast including vegetarian and gluten free options.

Minimum Stay Policy
Please note that in common with most Hotels, B&B’s and Guest Houses in Cornwall we prefer a minimum stay of 2 nights. Very exceptionally1 night stays may be taken at our discretion.
Arrival & Departure
Standard Check-in times are from 4:00pm to 7:00pm (we will always call you if the room is ready earlier).
Check-out is before 11:00am please.
Access
The Upper Deck suite is situated on the Second (top) Floor.
Please note, we do not have a lift, so the stairs may make access difficult for those with limited mobility.
Children, Pets and T&C’s
The Upper Deck B&B Room has one king size bed. We welcome well behaved children over 12 years to stay in our Lower Deck Room when their parents have booked to stay in the Upper Deck.
We have a friendly black Labrador called ‘Betty’ living with us at Britannia House, however our bed and breakfast maintains a strict ‘No Guest Pets’ policy.
